I think there’s a lot of stretching logic here, and the focus on silicon valley is really strange, since of course, UBI already exists elsewhere. I don’t see any reason to focus on SV rather than say, the restaurant industry, or bus drivers.

The INTERESTING thing, if I understand you, is the theory that UBI will cause deflation in wages paid by companies (regardless of industry). There IS a certain logic behind that, but the question is:

What DATA do we have to show this?
