Scraping would be the correct term, generally accepted in the web world. Whether it is scraped via white hat methods (basically grabbing through access provided via the Internet/platform) or blackhat (via breaking through in some “illegal” unsanctioned way) is irrelevant.
Scraping is simply a factual term regarding accessing information., IMHO
